About your retreat leaders: Amy Sawyer, C-IAYT, ERYT-500 & Mandy Bernard, ERYT-500
It is our intention and deepest desire to support women in creating a strong connection with themselves and each other. We share a calling to teach and provide tools for healing and to be of service for the highest good of all. In hosting retreats, our goal is to assist in guiding you to peel back the layers and get to know yourself a little better in order to cultivate the life you desire and deserve.

Are you Ready to Reconnect?

It is time and long awaited for, our next ladies retreat to Costa Rica! We fell in love with the magic of Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica in 2020 and have been patiently waiting to return. That year our retreat theme was Connection and after the past few years we feel that connection to nature, ourselves and each other is needed now more than ever. If you long for authentic, meaningful connections this retreat is for you.

Women are nurturers by nature, and we so often devote much of our time to nurturing others that our needs fall to the bottom of the list. Maybe it’s time to shower yourself with the same love and attention that you so freely give to everyone else, and connect with like-minded women on a deeper level.

If the thought of this level of self care made your heart skip a beat, join us for five nights and six days of pure connection in this intimate retreat.

Dates:   Wednesday, February 8th - Monday, February 13th, 2023
